We offer repair services for "commercial" audiovisual products.

We cannot repair home theater, Hi-Fi or consumer products.

Example of trademarks we can repair: ADJ, Antari, K&M, QSC, Mackie, Pioneer DJ, RCF, Rode, Serato, Shure

Procedures

*It is not possible to estimate costs remotely without opening the machine*.

However, you can call us to find out whether or not we can repair a specific make and model. 

IN STORE

  • Estimating fees: $50 + taxes
  • Hourly rate for in-house technician: $50/hr
  • Hourly rate for external specialized technician : $75+/hour

If the repair is accepted, the estimation costs are deducted from the total invoice after repair.

 

SERVICE CALL

  • Minimum fee: $150 + taxes
  • Hourly rate for mobile technician: $70/hour

The minimum charge includes 2 hours of service from our store (including round-trip travel).

 

Example of service call charge calculation :

Your business is located 30 minutes from our store and on-site repairs take 1h30:

  1. Transport time: 2 x 30 min = 1h

  2. On-site service: 1h30

Total time: 2h30

  • Minimum charge of $150 (includes 2 hours of service)

  • 30 additional minutes of service at $70/hour: $35

Total bill = $150 + $35 = $185 + taxes
