PROCEDURES
Complete our online form, specifying the model of your equipment and the symptoms of the fault. This step enables our technicians to prepare the necessary tools and parts before they arrive.
To confirm your time slot, payment of the initial diagnostic fee is required in advance. Payment is by credit card only. (Final invoice may be paid by other means).
A specialist technician will visit your premises at the agreed time.

Your business is located 45m from our store and on-site service takes 3 hours:
Transport time: 2 x 45m = 1h30
On-site service: 3h
Total time: 4h30
Minimum charge of $150 (includes 2 hours of service)
2h30 additional service at $75/hour: $187.50
Total bill = $150 + $187.50 = $337.50 + taxes

Your business is located 30 minutes from our store and on-site repairs take 30m:
Transport time: 2 x 30 min = 1h
On-site service: 30m
Total time: 1h30
Minimum charge of $150 (includes 2 hours of service)
0 additional minutes of service at $75/hour:
